Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Nothing in these return conditions limits any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned where an applicable legal exception applies. This includes, where relevant, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

For hygiene reasons, this may include items such as underwear (including boxers, briefs, socks or bras), swimwear (including swimming trunks, shorts or swimsuits), and certain personal care or beauty products once their protective or hygiene seal has been opened or removed.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases where return is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or carrier requirements. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise subject to a different statutory remedy, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

European Union Right of Withdrawal and Our 30-Day Return Period

For customers receiving goods within the European Union, applicable consumer law generally provides a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Talk About Lux voluntarily extends the period for requesting a return to 30 days from the date you receive your item, subject to the conditions and lawful exceptions set out in this Refund Policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
