DELIVERY

For the team of TalkAboutLUX.com it has always been a priority to deliver Your orders in a fast and easy manner, that is why we are using a few delivery companies to ensure and guarantee the delivery.

The deliveries of TalkAboutLUX.com usually take 1-2 working day for products available in our warehouse in Bulgaria and 4-8 working days for products available in our warehouses in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden and Australia, depending on your preferred delivery method and the location of ordered products. Please note the each delivery has 1-2 working days handling time.

Delivery times shown on the Site are estimated unless expressly stated otherwise. The expected delivery date applicable to a particular product is displayed on the relevant product page.

The cost of the delivery is not included in the price of the goods:

• The cost of each delivery varies depending on the delivery address, destination country and delivery methods. On the window with the order, the cost of the delivery will be automatically calculated by the system. The delivery time is mentioned under the delivery method chosen by You. Deliveries arrive through UPS Express, DPD, DHL Express, FedEx.
• Deliveries in Bulgaria arrive through Econt Express.

• All orders over 150 EUR have delivery completely FREE of charge.

Once Your order is received and processed, You will receive a tracking N and a link where You can trace Your package. Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, transport disruptions or other exceptional circumstances. Nothing in this provision limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

For consumer orders, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Attention! Some small locations, which have special delivery schedules by carriers, can cause deviations in the above-mentioned delivery terms.

The client is responsible to ensure access and possibility to receive the delivery, and TalkAboutLUX.com is not responsible for delayed deliveries in case the client indicated an incomplete or an incorrect address and/or has indicated an incomplete or incorrect phone number.

If we are unable to fulfil an order because an item is no longer available, we will inform You as soon as possible. Where possible, we may offer a later delivery date or another appropriate solution. If the order cannot be fulfilled, any amount already paid for the unavailable item will be refunded.

We reserve the right to dispatch multiple items from the same order together in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed with You or operational circumstances require separate shipments.

• Bank transfers

In case you choose payment with a bank transfer, the platform of the store will provide you the needed information for the bank transfer. With this method of payment, after You receive a confirmation of Your order, the due amount needs to be paid in advance through bank transfer. You will have to wire the amount of the order and the amount of the delivery and indicate in the field “reason for transfer” the number of Your order. You shall be informed via email or via telephone whether the items ordered are available as well as about the final amount of the transfer.

Attention! Please do not rush to make bank transfers before our employee has confirmed the availability and the final amount.

In this case the delivery period starts from the date on which the sum for the order is visible in the bank account of „EASTERN LUX TRADING“ LTD.

*** For international bank transfers, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the full order amount is received by us. Any fees charged by the customer's bank or intermediary payment providers are borne by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
